• ติดต่อหาแหล่งเงินทุนหรือนักลงทุนเพื่อมาลงทุนกับทางบริษัท
• สร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับนักลงทุนปัจจุบันและนักลงทุนที่มีศักยภาพ
• ประสานงานและให้คำแนะนำด้านการลงทุนให้แก่บุคคลที่สนใจในโอกาสการลงทุนที่เป็นไปได้
• พัฒนาและดำเนินกลยุทธ์ในการรักษาการลงทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• สื่อสารโอกาสการลงทุนและผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทไปยังนักลงทุนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ร่วมงานอย่างใกล้ชิดกับทีมการเงินฝ่ายขายและฝ่ายการตลาดเพื่อประสานกลยุทธ์การลงทุนกับเป้าหมายของบริษัท
• เตรียมและนำเสนอรายงานเป็นประจำเกี่ยวกับกิจกรรมการลงทุนและผลงานให้แก่ผู้บริหาร
• เป็นตัวแทนบริษัทเข้าร่วมงานประชุมการประชุมวิชาการและการประชุมกับนักลงทุน และมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการลงทุน
• ศึกษาธุรกิจอื่นๆและนำกลยุทธ์ที่เหมาะสมมาปรับใช้กับการดำเนินงานของบริษัท
• ระบุโอกาสทางเพื่อการเติบโตและพัฒนาธุรกิจในอนาคต
• มีความรู้ในการวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ของการลงทุนทางด้านอสังหาริมทรัพย์

Job Description

• Contact and source funding or investors for investment opportunities with the company
• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors
• Coordinate and provide investment advice to interested individuals for potential investments
• Develop and implement strategies to secure investments
• Effectively communicate investment opportunities and company performance to investors
• Work closely with finance, sales, and marketing teams to align investment strategies with company goals
• Prepare and present regular reports on investment activities and performance to management
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and investor meetings and participate in various activities related to investment
• Study other businesses and adapt applicable strategies to the company’s operations
• Identify potential avenues for future business growth and development
• Possess knowledge in analyzing the feasibility of real estate investments

• มีความน่าเชื่อถือและสามารถปรับตัวเข้ากับทุกสถานการณ์ได้
• แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
